Customer care.
Gias is the Group’s subsidiary dealing with customer care and after-sale service. Consumers are today better informed, yet less patient. This is why an answer must be given as soon as contact is made (through a call centre or the Internet), and the fixing of the problem had to be implemented quickly, through quality and skill of repair specialists. In Italy alone, the call centre receives over-400,000 calls a year. Approximately 70% are solved straightaway, and over two thirds of all home calls take place within 24 hours.
 
 
The options of extended guarantees are a further opportunity for contacting clients, and can be used to suggest the advantages of the available solutions. Gias has 2000-plus after-sales centres in Europe to deal with large appliances: they double when floorcare products are considered.
