Customer satisfaction and customer care
The story is told of how, 60 years ago, Signora Giuseppina (the wife of Eden Fumagalli, the company founder) tested the prototype Candy washing machine. She was very satisfied because she saw that not only did the new machine wash properly, it also wiped out the tiresome chore of washing clothes by hand.

Since then, customer satisfaction has been the guiding light at the Candy Group. customer care is provided through over-2,000 after-sale centres throughout Europe, call centres, and Internet.
